Welcome to Soulbit. This is a User Agreement entered into by you (also referred to in this Agreement as the "User" or "Customer") and Soulbit ("Soulbit," "we," "us," and "our"). This User Agreement (the "Agreement" or the "User Agreement") governs your use of the services provided by Soulbit and described below and other services that Soulbit may offer from time to time (the "Soulbit Services" or the "Services"). By registering to use a Soulbit account or service through www.soulbit.io, the Soulbit APIs, or by obtaining, maintaining, or using a wrapped token issued by Soulbit, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Prohibited Use Policy, and Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent Policy contained in Appendix 2.  You may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions in order to use certain Additional Services (as defined below).

Important Definitions: As used in this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings.

"Digital Asset" means any digital asset (including a virtual currency or virtual commodity) that is a digital representation of value based on or developed on a cryptographic protocol of a computer network.

"Supported Digital Asset" means only those specific Digital Assets that are listed as available for trading or custody in your Digital Asset Wallet (as defined below). Supported services and assets may vary by jurisdiction. 

Modification of these Terms: We may make changes or modify this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Agreement on the Soulbit site or by sending you a copy (a "Modified Agreement"). The Amended Agreement will be effective upon posting, but will not apply retroactively. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of a Modified Agreement signifies your acceptance of the Amended Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these modifications, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Services and close your account (as defined below). 

No Investment or Brokerage Advice Provided: For the avoidance of doubt, Soulbit does not provide investment, tax or legal advice and you are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, investment strategy or related transaction is appropriate for you based on your personal investment goals, financial circumstances and risk tolerance. Soulbit may provide educational information about Supported Digital Assets, as well as Digital Assets not supported by Soulbit, to help users learn more about such Digital Assets. The information may include, but is not limited to, blog posts, articles, links to third-party content, news sources, tutorials, and videos. The information provided on the Soulbit site or on any third-party site does not constitute investment, financial, trading, or other advice, and you should not treat the content of the website as such. Soulbit does not make recommendations for you to buy, earn, sell, or hold any digital assets. Soulbit is not responsible for any decisions you make to buy, sell, or hold Digital Assets based on information provided by Soulbit. 

Soulbit does not perform brokerage operations on your behalf, unless otherwise specified in a specific product. All Soulbit trades are executed automatically, based on the parameters of your order instructions and in accordance with published trade execution procedures.

Recognition of risk: As with any asset, the value of Digital Assets can increase or decrease and there may be a substantial risk that you lose money buying, selling, holding or investing in Digital Assets. You should consult your financial, legal or tax professional about your specific situation and financial condition, and carefully consider whether trading or holding Digital Assets is right for you.
